For students
At Norra, our Associate Trainee programme offers law students an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into working at a law firm and to build practical experience in a broad range of business law matters, with the support of our experienced team of professionals. We recruit Associate Trainees approximately twice a year.
The Associate Trainee position is usually intended for students who have completed at least three years of law studies. The traineeships are fixed-term and last approximately six months. The position is part-time (averaging 3-5 days per week), and working hours can be flexibly arranged to accommodate studies.
The work of an Associate Trainee mainly consists of assisting our professionals in with a broad range of client matters, including drafting legal documents, preparing legal translations and conducting legal research.
