Antti Ollikainen

At Norra, I work as a financial and legal advisor, supporting our clients particularly in matters related to corporate transactions, group structure development and financing. My long experience in operational executive roles has given me a solid understanding of executive work, practical decision-making and business challenges, which is a key strength in supporting our clients.

Previously, I served as CEO of a circular economy company that was listed on the First North marketplace in 2021. Prior to that, I held CFO and finance leadership positions in the energy sector and other capital-intensive industries. This background has provided me with extensive experience in various types of financing and corporate transactions, as well as the capital markets.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an auditor at a Big Four firm and completed the Finnish Certified Public Accountant (KHT) qualification. In addition to my auditing and CFO background, I have gained strong experience in accounting and corporate law through board positions and by serving as a secretary and advisor to company boards.
