I advise our clients in commercial agreements and challenging business operations and corporate and financial transactions. I have a wide range of experience in different fields of business as a board member and board secretary.
I am also specialized in insolvency law. During my career as an attorney I have worked in numerous bankruptcies and corporate restructuring procedures as estate manager. I also have experience in various voluntary rehabilitation arrangements. In addition, I assist companies in dispute resolution and international arbitration.
Prior to joining Norra Attorneys I was partner in Krogerus Attorneys and before that, at Helevä & Hollmén Attorneys. Prior to my career as attorney I worked as a banker.
