I assist our clients especially in legal matters related to real estate and construction. My areas of strength are especially contract disputes and other disputes related to construction projects, as well as the preparation of construction-related contracts, such as contract agreements and design or other consultancy agreements. The general terms and conditions of the construction industry, such as YSE 1998 and KSE 2013, are encountered on a daily basis. Site experience gained at a younger age is a great help in assignments related to construction contracts.

In addition to the above, I have strong expertise in corporate law and contract law matters. I also have experience in public procurement and construction-related criminal law, such as occupational safety, environmental and economic crime.

My clients have been companies and public entities operating in the construction sector, such as municipalities and parishes. During my career, I have acted as an attorney and counsel in several different legal proceedings and arbitration proceedings in the above-mentioned fields of law.
