I have experience working with venture capital and industrial stakeholders in their mergers and acquisitions and assisted them in numerous due diligence projects.
Experience
I have strong industry expertise in technology and venture capital. I have worked in various positions in business law since 2001. Prior to joining Norra Attorneys I worked as a lawyer in KPMG and as in-house lawyer in a software company.
