I assist our clients in a wide range of business law assignments. I have worked in the legal field for almost ten years, gaining extensive experience in various areas of business law.
I assist our clients mainly in mergers and acquisitions as well as in matters related to corporate and contract law. In addition to the above, employment law is also one of my strong areas of expertise. I assist private and public sector employers in employment law issues and assist in civil and criminal matters related to employment law.
Before joining Norra Attorneys, I worked for a long time at a law firm focused on business law.
