Johanna Suutari

I have wide experience in various areas of business law both in the positions of an attorney and as an in-house counsel in Finland and Ireland.

I assist clients especially in commercial contracts in the manufacturing, consultancy and IT sector, and in real estate and construction matters. I also have long-term experience of acting as a legal advisor in international agreements, especially in the field of digital industry and technology.  I have advised in data privacy matters and acted as a local data privacy officer in a large corporation. My experience also includes comprehensive experience in real estate matters, and I have assisted with extensive bankruptcy estates and corporate restructuring proceedings.

I have trained on the bench at the District Court of Oulu and assisted in litigation and administrative proceedings.
