Jonna Siikaluoma

I assist our clients in a wide range of business law assignments, particularly in matters relating to corporate law, contracts, taxation, and ownership arrangements. I have extensive experience in various types of commercial agreements, the energy and infrastructure sectors, and construction law, and I am accustomed to working on large and demanding projects.

Prior to joining Norra, I worked as a tax advisor at major international audit firms, where I primarily assisted clients with domestic and international income tax matters. I have experience in the income taxation of small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations, international taxation, and transfer pricing.

I have also assisted clients in tax appeals and tax disputes and gained experience in other administrative law matters, so I am familiar with proceedings in administrative courts.
