I have worked as an attorney for thirty years specializing in real estate and construction law as well as employment law. I assist our clients in a wide range of real estate and construction-related assignments, including matters concerning land use and zoning, the use and development of real estate, and contractual and other issues related to construction projects. Our clients include, among others, property owners and users, construction industry operators, municipalities, and other public entities. I understand the objectives and operating environments of the various parties involved in construction projects, which helps in finding practical and commercially sound legal solutions.

I have extensive experience in construction-related disputes and conflicts, administrative appeal proceedings, as well as court and arbitration proceedings. I draw on this procedural experience already at the project planning stage and when drafting agreements, in order to identify, assess, and minimize potential risks in advance. In dispute situations, my goal is to achieve the best overall and most cost-effective solution for the client.

In the field of employment law, I assist employers in all employment-related matters and related disputes.
