I assist our clients in a variety of business law assignments. My expertise focuses particularly on corporate and financing arrangements, as well as company and contract law.
Prior to joining Norra, I worked at the Finnish Tax Administration on tax adjustment matters, gaining expertise particularly in income tax and business income tax adjustments, including adjustment and appeal procedures. In addition, I have experience in damage compensation matters while working as a compensation advisor in the aviation industry.
Alongside my work, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance at Oulu Business School, University of Oulu, further strengthening my legal expertise with a business-oriented perspective.
