Olli Jylhänlehto

I am a lawyer specialising in dispute resolution. My areas of expertise also include employment law, transactions and due diligence reviews, as well as insolvency law. I regularly assist clients with matters related to public procurement. Throughout my career, I have gained broad experience in a wide range of business law assignments across various fields of law, handling diverse and complex cases.

At Norra, I have assisted clients in matters pending before general courts as well as administrative and specialised courts, and provided preliminary support related to potential disputes. I have assisted with various matters related to bankruptcy estates administered by Norra, including for example recovery of assets to bankruptcy estates. I also have drafted documents related to transactions and conducted legal due diligence reviews.

Before joining Norra, I worked as a lawyer in a large audit firm in the employment law and dispute resolution teams with a strong Nordic and international focus. My daily work was trilingual and consisted of assignments in Finnish, Swedish and English. I also supported clients in numerous transactions and legal due diligence reviews.
