I advise our clients particularly on matters relating to construction, land use and planning, and environmental law, as well as disputes concerning residential property and real estate transactions.
In addition, I have extensive expertise in contract law and matters relating to damages and liability.
Throughout my extensive career, I have represented clients in numerous court and arbitration proceedings.
I have served on several boards and as legal counsel to Trade Partners Finland. I have also given lectures on contract law and construction and development matters on courses organised by the Real Estate Education Center, Aalto University, the Finnish Association of Civil Engineers (RIL), the Association of Finnish Lawyers and the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce.
Together with Aaro Liuksiala, I have authored Rakennussopimukset, a book on construction contracts that includes, among other things, a commentary on the General Conditions for Building Contracts YSE 1998.
