I am an experienced business law expert with over 20 years of experience in domestic and international contract matters, corporate law, data protection, and corporate legal risk management. I have held demanding expert positions in industry, expert organizations, and research environments.

I assist our clients with a wide range of business law matters. My areas of expertise include domestic and international commercial contracts, corporate law, data protection, and contract and IPR issues related to research and development. I also have solid experience advising technology and industrial companies as well as universities and research institutions, conducting legal training, and developing contract templates and processes.

Before joining Norra, I worked as a legal advisor at a Big Four accounting firm and a large international law firm, where I was responsible for all aspects of our clients’ legal affairs, with a primary focus on contracts related to their day-to-day business operations. I have also served as a legal counsel and head of legal at a subsidiary of a publicly traded company, where I had global responsibility for the company’s legal affairs.

In addition to my Finnish law degree, I hold a postgraduate  degree from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
