We are delighted to welcome Heidi Ronkainen to our team of legal professionals. Heidi advises our clients on a broad range of business law matters, with a particular focus on commercial agreements, corporate law and corporate advisory.
Prior to joining Norra, Heidi worked as a referendary at an administrative court and as a lawyer at a bank. Heidi has also gained legal experience at a small law firm and several government authorities, including the National Prosecution Authority and the National Land Survey of Finland.
Heidi’s diverse professional background has provided Heidi with particular expertise in administrative proceedings, criminal procedure and legal matters relating to real estate. Heidi also has experience in advising clients on family and inheritance law matters.
Heidi’s broad experience across court proceedings, the financial sector and public administration complements our firm’s expertise and brings valuable perspective to resolving our clients’ legal matters.
