We advised Saka on its acquisition of a majority interest in KoukkuPlus Oy, a company specialising in automotive accessories. The transaction involved due diligence, the business acquisition and related transaction documentation, as well as the establishment of a new company.

We have advised Junnikkala Oy on the project agreements and financing arrangements relating to the sawmill project developed in the Laanila industrial area in Oulu, as well as on a significant M&A transaction in which Stora Enso acquired the entire share capital of Junnikkala Oy in 2025.
