We have acted as legal adviser of Pohjolan Osuuspankki particularly in matters relating to real estate and construction law. We have advised the bank, among other things, on contractual matters relating to the construction of the new premises of Pohjolan Osuuspankki in Oulu.

Junnikkala Oy

We have advised Junnikkala Oy on the project agreements and financing arrangements relating to the sawmill project developed in the Laanila industrial area in Oulu, as well as on a significant M&A transaction in which Stora Enso acquired the entire share capital of Junnikkala Oy in 2025.
